It also expedites the transfer of foreign licenses and eliminates the need for pilot exams during validation.
A key element of the package is the provision of 100% ownership rights for aircraft owners and operators,thus removing the requirement for local partnerships. The minimum number of aircrafts required for commercial operations has been reduced from two to one, fostering the sector growth. These reforms, alongside the establishment of the Business Aviation Advisory Council, are poised to accelerate the UAE’s private aviation industry expansion.
